Patricia Buckley is all about offering a comprehensive range of recruitment services to her clients and then creating customized strategies suited to their specific needs. Her successes range from small recruiting research projects to large-scale staffing endeavors involving multiple hires to the revamping of entire HR departments. Having joined the team in 1997, Patricia brings extensive experience in recruitment, selection and employee relations in the healthcare, higher education, non-profit, and venture capital arenas. Before joining the Duffy Group, Pat worked for Coopers & Lybrand (New York) and American Express (New York, Phoenix).

Pat earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Mount St. Mary College in Newburgh, NY.
