Effective immediately, Porchlight Homes is suspending all non-critical warranty service appointments for 30 days. We feel this step is necessary for us to do our part in containing or slowing the possible spread of the virus and to keep you, our valued customer, as safe as possible.
We will be personally contacting all customers with scheduled service appointments to reschedule those for a future date. We will also continue to receive and evaluate all new warranty service requests and respond to critical service items that could interrupt daily living. Other non-essential service requests will be rescheduled for a future date. As always, we are available by email or phone to discuss any service questions or concerns that you may have. Thank you for understanding that our goal is to safely serve and protect you and the community throughout this ever-evolving situation.
