William Blair | President

William BlairBill has more than 30 years of leadership and management experience, with 22 of those years serving in the United States Marine Corps and more than ten years leading totalride‘s operations. He brings significant strategic business development, corporate oversight, and operations expertise to the totalride executive leadership team. During his tenure with totalride, Bill’s team has consistently onboarded many new customers, both large and small, successfully and within established project timelines. Active in his local community, Bill currently serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity – Central Arizona and is an appointee on the City of Tempe Veteran’s Commission.

Jerry Mullen | General Manager (Phoenix)

Jerry MullenJerry has over 30 years of experience in transportation. He has a progressive, innovative focus on operations. Jerry is responsible for the totalride fleet, public transportation, and taxicab operations in his area of operation. Jerry has been instrumental in the development and daily management of transportation programs in Arizona, California, Colorado and Texas. He oversees a fleet of 200 taxicabs operated by almost 1200 independent contractors and owner-operators and manages operations for public transit express routes and circulators in a multi-city environment. He has experience establishing, monitoring and administering health plan contracts and multi-state contracts.

Steve Hamelin | General Manager (Tucson)

Steve Hamelin Steve joined totalride in May of 2015 as the Vice President of Business Development to lead the company’s national expansion efforts. Through a corporate reorganization in April 2017, Steve assumed the General Manager duties for Southern Arizona in Tucson. He is responsible for fiduciary and operational oversight of all totalride operations including Fixed Route, Dial-A Ride, Shuttle, Cab, Ride-share, and Maintenance services. With a focus on growth and continuous improvement, Steve creates opportunities by providing innovative service delivery methods that deploy totalride’s unique and cost saving integrated public-private transportation model to ensure each passenger has an enjoyable experience. Steve holds an MBA from Kettering University and is a U.S. Army veteran.
